For the first time, the World Day of the Romani Language will be celebrated in Slovenia with a new and extensive Roma-Slovenian dictionary. The wealth of a national culture hides in its variety and in its recognition of smaller cultures. Romani Čhib will also be celebrated by the first work of literature by Roma author Jasmina Ahmetaj who, through her personal story, describes growing up, arranged marriages and the (im)possibilities of choosing between tradition and personal desires.
