The musical evening of urban concords will present a break in the symbolic, as well as in sonic sense: it is a representation of a historical turning point with traditional ways of producing music – namely, the classical, or analogue musical instruments are exchanged with turntables, drum machines, and other digital instruments of electronic music; the sound and rhythm becomes more and more broken up, provoking, and stylishly syncopated, as can be heard in contemporary genres like dubstep, breakbeat, nubreaks, 2step, garage, etc.
