Ricchi e Poveri are Italy's all-time most successful pop band. Over their long career they have created a large number of hit songs including, among others, Mamma Maria, Che sarà, Made in Italy, Sara perche ti amo, and Se mi innamoro.
Ricchi e Poveri, who have been active since 1967 and were at the height of their popularity in the 1980s, celebrate their 45th anniversary this year. Despite their age, they are still famed for their exceptionally energetic performances, which make their audiences rise to their feet and sing along and dance until they drop.
