In his forthcoming concert, the renowned Slovenian organist and pianist Dalibor Miklavčič, well-known for his charismatic performances and strikingly fresh renditions, will combine the worlds of two magnificent instruments: organ and pedal harpsichord.
He will perform Bach's classic organ pieces, French Renaissance music, reworkings of German Protestant chorales, and works by 19th and 20th century composers.
His virtuoso technique and creative imagination have drawn a lot of praise from enthused critics, and he has received awards at several national and two European organ competitions. He is also very successful as a pedal-harpsichord and fortepiano player. His organ music recordings have been showered with accolades.
