Every year, the Slovenian Incoming Workshop takes place in different locations all over Slovenia. This year in April, the meeting point is Portorož, a seaside town with modern and well-equipped hotels, congress centres and wellness facilities. Portorož, or the port of roses as its name suggests, is merely a walk away from the medieval town of Piran or picturesque traditional saltpans, close to the most magnificent cliff on the Adriatic coast and not far from the charming villages of Slovenian Istria.
