16.00-19.00: arrival of participants, registration and accommodation
20.00-23.00: welcome evening
Friday, 19 April: Day of partner meetings and evening of social events
07.30-08.30: registration of participants and preparation of exhibition spaces
08.30-09.00: planning of additional meetings of foreign partners
09.00-09.15: official opening of SIW 2012
09.20-18.00: 16th Slovenian Incoming Workshop
20.00–24.00: Slovenian Night
Saturday and Sunday, 20-21 April: Tours of Slovenia for foreign participants
Days for one-day tours or the start of two-day fact-finding tours for foreign participants.
IMPORTANT DETAILS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The SIW 2013 registration fee is €250 per person. It includes:
* Return Adria Airways flight from a European airport to Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (airport taxes and fees included) and a shuttle service
(airport–Portorož–airport)
* B&B accommodation at a four-star hotel
* Admission to SIW
* Airport and local transfers in Slovenia
* Conference brochure and supporting materials
* Daily meals during your stay
* Social events during the show
* Online "one2one meetings” appointment system between suppliers
and buyers
* Fact-finding tour of your choice
If you leave out some of the items/events in the package, the registration fee remains the same. This, however, does not apply to participants flying to Slovenia on a flight other than Adria Airways.
If you arrange your own flight, the registration fee for all other services is €150 per person.
If you attend Friday's workshop only (no accommodation, shuttle service, fact-finding tour, etc.), attendance is free of charge, but registration is still essential.
A maximum of two representatives from one company may register.
SELECTION CRITERIA FOR HOSTED BUYERS
On registration, hosted buyers must fill in an application form indicating their clients, the size and number of groups or events they organise on an annual basis, and the scope of tourism services and active holidays offered in their catalogues (for tourist boards). The organiser has the right to decline a participant’s application, in the case of the participant not meeting the selection crite
