The cloisters, made of stone, bricks and wood, stands below a hill. It was founded in 1251 by Sigfrid Marenberk, together with his mother Gizel and wife Rikarda. The cloisters caught fire between 1584 and 1586. It was reconstructed by 1666. The first Slovenian PHARMACY was located here. Today the cloisters or 'klošter' as it is known by the locals, is in a dilapidated state, with only part of the building being used for housing. On the north wing of the building a SUN CLOCK dating back to 1694 is still visible.
