Jurka Burka in mlade brihte, a collection for young readers by Jasna Markuš (author) and Simon Sanda (illustrator), started being published by the Pivec Publishing House in the autumn of 2011. Its subtitled is Reading to Learn, because it contains numerous applicable solutions for troubles in every day life of children, their parents, and teachers. Books titled Žiga, Sour Cucumber, Čiruli for Sara's Happiness, Terrifying Luke and Horrendous Marko, Four Arrogant Girls and Andrejka, Nick's Magic Formula, and a conclusive Jarka Burka on School Stage will be presented by the author Jasna Markuš, illustrator Simon Sanda, and actress at Slovene National Theatre Maribor Irena Varga.
