Urban menu – culinary workshop for children and parents
The youngest will be able to get to know how to prepare the traditional desserts from Prekmurje region, and bread from old sorts of crops that have marked the region by river Mura. Thus, we will have a go at baking the world famous “prekmurska gibanica,” “ajdovi zlevanki,” buckwheat dumplings, dishes from cottage cheese – there will also be homemade bread prepared from the recipes of our grandmothers.
Because the prepared dishes will not be only for tasting, the end of each workshop will be marked by arranging and decorating workshop – Food Styling. As a dessert, the dishes will also be immortalized through the photographic lens.
