Eclectic menu – culinary workshop for children and parents
At the last workshop, we will take our youngest to the land of magic, a true India Koromandia (Indija Koromandija – a Slovenian folk tale), where we will play with the culinary fusion. The children will see how and in what ways the culinary tradition can be mixed with the continental – international kitchen.
Thus, the children will be able to prepare a magical lunch with buckwheat soup in Japanese style, pakora marrow with chick-pea in Indian style, corn tortillas with avocado guacamole sauce in Mexican style, and a true Prekmurje baklava that would inspire even the Turkish masters of desserts.
