Church of Our Lady of Sorrows is located on top of the Zebnik Hill (Zebniska gora), next to the ruins of Zebnik Castle. It is composed of a nave with a wider western part, a 3/8 concluded presbytery and a square church tower, whose shape changes to octagonal in the first floor. The whole interior is vaulted, with ridges on the vault apices.
The narrower part of the nave was probably built in the 16th century, the presbitery has been added a century later, while the extended part of the nave and the church tower have been added in the 18th century. The high altar of Our Lady of Sorrows dates back to the 18th century too, with the side altar of St. Anthony dating back to the 17th century. The statue of St. Anthony itself probably stems from a younger period.
