“The Reading Room in a Clearing" will offer free, healthy, and comfortable reading of books, magazines, and newspapers, and creative leisure in peace and comfort of green areas in Maribor; and a quality and small collection of reading material. This project is intended to promote books and literary activities, and to inform readers. There will also be games and creative workshops, where all generations will have a chance to participate.
The basic program of the Reading Room in a Clearing offers mobile bookshelves, the latest and older bestsellers, current newspapers and magazines, picture books, creative areas, exhibition panels, playground equipment made of recycled materials, props, and a big chessboard.
