The current affairs programme Culture in the Palm of Your Hand will report throughout the year on European Capital of Culture events in the six partner cities. Each show will present in detail the content and creators of current projects, including highlights and selected events. The show is aimed at viewers of all ages who would like to keep abreast of the 2012 cultural programme.
